By participating in anything with Johnny's Nursery® gives Johnny's Nursery® the sole right to use any photograph, video or likeness thereof of all participants whether they be real or inanimate for the use of advertising and or marketing of Johnny's Nursery® without any compensation of any kind being given to those that are participating or allowing to be participating. In other words, you aren't getting paid or given any consideration for us to use photos, videos or likeness of you, your family or your possessions i.e. house, yard, vehicle.
